Value Statement
- My primary goal is to help individuals “leapfrog” many years of experience through strategies developed and nurtured from doing things that worked and some that did not. I can confirm that several of my methods were the result of an “if at first you don’t succeed…” approach. My purpose is that my experiences will help position individuals to be more successful as managers, leaders, executives, or entrepreneurs.
- I have had the honor of working for and supporting some of the most phenomenal leaders and managers one could find in government and industry. Thanks to these individuals, I was exposed to innumerable government and industry decision-making discussions, program reviews, inspection debriefings, and executive-level meetings that affected multimillion and multibillion-dollar programs that involved thousands of workers and hundreds of suppliers.
- From these leaders, I learned how to create a positive work environment, measure success, fix problems, manage crises, encourage people to excel in the job they have, and motivate individuals to be creative –to “push the envelope.”
- Conversely, I had the misfortune of working for several of the most ineffective individuals one hopes to avoid. From there, I learned what not to do and how to turn off the people assigned to complete the mission.
- I am a true believer in first-time quality and supplying perfected responses. Based on individual requirements, I will be the first to recommend that any person seek help elsewhere if I do not consider my experiences to be value-added!
Our advice is based on 40 years of successes in multidisciplined organizations in government and industry.
