  4. Rewarded individuals or teams for going the extra mile that grew the business, reduced operating expenses, or appreciably acquired new customers.
  5. Connected the dots between providing world class products and service to business growth, profits, and individual compensation.
  6. Emphasized continuous improvement to enhance overall product and service quality.
  7. Met with key customers to extend my thanks and appreciation for their business and initiatives to improve products and services while reducing their costs.
  8. Implemented strategies to enhance the physical and mental work environment of the organization by reducing work related stresses.
  9. Planned an unscheduled “down-time” with food and beverages.
